Structure and Oversight
The Coalition operates through three coordinated bodies, each responsible for a distinct dimension of the deployment mission.
Steering Committee
This group provides strategic direction for the Coalition, aligns member priorities, and oversees the progress of deployment initiatives across all working groups.
Advisory Committee
Composed of leading industry experts, this group provides technical and market guidance to help the Coalition navigate challenges in V2X standardization and deployment.
Deployment Team
This group is responsible for implementing V2X solutions in real-world environments, coordinating pilots, and managing the operational roadmap for widespread deployment.
Beneath these bodies, member-led working groups carry the Coalition's day-to-day work, spanning technical standards, certification, deployment programs, safety rating protocols, and communications.
Competing Members, Common Rules
The Coalition brings together organizations that compete with one another in the marketplace. That only works with clear rules. All Coalition activity is conducted under a formal antitrust compliance policy, and our commitments on data and website use are published alongside it.
Funded by Our Members
The Coalition is funded through member contributions, set according to each organization's type and size and discussed during onboarding. Nonprofit, academic, and public sector participants are accommodated separately, so cost is never the barrier to taking part in the Coalition's work.
